COLUMBUS, Ohio--Champions in the Kitchen, a cookbook with more than 200 recipes for healthful eating, is now available from the Comprehensive Cancer Center-Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute and The Ohio State University (OSU) Extension. The book is a combined effort to raise awareness of cancer prevention through a healthy diet.

COLUMBUS, Ohio--Champions in the Kitchen, a cookbook with morethan 200 recipes for healthful eating, is now available from theComprehensive Cancer Center-Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital andResearch Institute and The Ohio State University (OSU) Extension.The book is a combined effort to raise awareness of cancer preventionthrough a healthy diet.

Some of Ohio's most celebrated personalities, including OSU presidentGordon Gee, Wendy's founder Dave Thomas, and Governor Voinovich,contributed recipes. A nutritional analysis of each recipe isprovided, including specific information about calories, fat calories,cholesterol, fiber, and protein.

The cookbook costs $9.95 (tax included) and can be purchased bycalling 1-800-293-5066. A portion of the proceeds will go to supportcancer research.
